EXO’s Commemorative Medals Helped Raise Over $20,000 USD For Children In Need

EXO have the biggest hearts:

Before EXO made history as quintuple million sellers, they made history as quadruple million sellers! And although it’s been over a year since the achievement, it’s recently come back in the news for a very special reason.

EXO became quadruple million sellers back in 2017 after the release of their “The War” album. A few months later, in April 2018, the Korean Mint Corporation unveiled nine official commemorative medals for EXO, honoring them for their contribution to the global spread of Korean culture. These medals were later released for sale for fans to collect.

Now, the profits from these medals have officially been donated to help children in need. SM Entertainment along with the Korean Mint Corporation recently revealed that profits from the medals totaling 25,000,000 KRW (about $20,940 USD) have been donated to the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting children’s welfare.

Amazing achievements and amazingly good deeds, EXO definitely have shown once more that they not only have major talent but big hearts too!
