BTS‘s Jimin took us backstage at the 2016 SBS Gayo Daejun where he shared the stage with Red Velvet’s Seulgi and TWICE‘s Momo.
This was Jimin’s first shared solo stage, so it was definitely a special moment for the idol. He was able to showcase his amazing dance skills last month at the SBS Gayo Daejun 2016, where he shared the stage with several other idol dancers. One of his most impressive dance stages was with SHINee’s Taemin where the dance was so vigorous that Jimin pretended to collapse off stage when it was all over.
In the video, Jimin talks about his opening stage where he would be doing a contemporary dance. He confesses that he first learned that style of dance when he was younger but that it had been a while since he showcased it onstage. Jimin is such a perfectionist that you see him practicing backstage right before the performance.
Jimin gave it his all and looked great on stage, but after the dance, he did not seem satisfied with his performance. He felt that it was lacking because they prepared for it last minute but gets over this quickly as he says it was the first performance anyways.
BTS is set to have a comeback next month on February 13, and we are excited to see what stages there will be for the idol and if he will share his contemporary style of dance once again.
