Seven years ago, BTS‘s Jungkook was a rookie with big dreams and the passion to make them all come true.
In the beginning, BTS filmed video logs in the “Bangtan Room”, their first recording studio. Fans got their first look at the Bangtan Room on December 22, 2012, six months before BTS’s debut.
In one of 15-year-old Jungkook’s first post-debut logs, he gave fans an update while Jimin and V did their best to distract him.
Jungkook mentioned his vocal training, and how he was working toward becoming a more versatile singer.
His goal was to become a singer who could sing flawlessly.
When Jungkook talked about meeting his industry seniors Dynamic Duo, he praised their performance and expressed his admiration.
“Just like [Dynamic Duo], I’ll climb even high,” he promised.
Fast forward to 2020. Jungkook is now a 22-years-old superstar who has climbed higher in seven years than many artist do in a lifetime.
Through practice, he has achieved the “flawless” singing he hoped for and developed a versatile vocal range.
Jungkook is living proof that dreams can come true, if you never stop working toward them!
