BTS‘s all-star athlete Jungkook works hard to stay in shape, and it shows.
(Like, really shows.)
Naturally, fans couldn’t help noticing his physique when BTS performed on Waktu Indonesia Belanja for Tokopedia.
As always, Jungkook powered through the choreography, nailing each move with a mix of strength, grace, and precision.
In an interview for the show, the host asked Jungkook what the secret is to getting such a strong body.
“I do have equipment,” Jungkook answered, “but I prefer to exercise with my own body weight. I think it’s important to do it consistently whenever you have time.”
“I think you can maintain a good body just by doing pushups, situps, and squats.”
In other words, you don’t need a gym to get fit. Just bring yourself, your willpower, and your BTS playlist!
