[Spoiler Free] Han So Hee’s “My Name” Makes It To Netflix’s Top 10 Globally

Check out who it beat.

Netflix‘s My Name may have just launched on October 15, but it already quickly made its way into the charts. While the show failed to beat out Squid Game, it still charted high internationally, beating out Sex Education and fellow K-Drama, Hometown Cha Cha Cha.

As two other major blockbuster series, YOU and Maid, both launched in the same week, it was stiff competition for My Name anyway. Ultimately, as of October 17, 2021, My Name charts at 4th on Netflix globally.

My Name is Han So Hee‘s first challenge at a noir action genre, after having cemented a name for herself through Nevertheless and World of the Married. The drama is a hard-hitting action flick about a girl that is determined to find her father’s killer. She joins up a mafia gang and goes undercover in a narcotics unit to find out the truth. She’s paired up with Jeon Pildo, played by Ahn Bo Hyun and they navigate cases together. Can she keep things under wrap until she solves her father’s murder mystery? The full series is out on Netflix.
