Japanese Media Outlet Falsely Claims TWICE’s Japanese Members Are at Risk of Getting Kicked out of the Group

They claimed that although Koreans want to make money in Japan, they don’t want Japanese idols to make money on their land.

Japanese media outlet, Tokyo Sports recently reported that in light of the tensions between Japan and Korea, Korean citizens are expressing their desires for the Japanese idol members in Korea to be deported.

In particular, Tokyo Sports claimed that the Korean media is criticizing TWICE‘s Momo, Sana, and Mina and demanding that they are deported.

That’s not all. The media outlet also claimed that former AKB48 member and current Rocket Punch member, Juri Takahashi is also under fire for being an active idol in Korea.

Tokyo Sports also stressed that while TWICE’s sales have been consistently growing in Japan, Korea has a tendency to refuse Japanese idols from making money in their country.

Furthermore, they claimed that although Koreans want to make money in Japan, they don’t want Japanese idols to make money on their land.

While this article is trending as the most engaging entertainment news in Japan, Korean netizens are expressing their public rage due to the lack of sources that back up their claims.
