Everyone, fans and artists alike, was cheering for BTS!

BTS made history at this year’s American Music Awards by winning all three of the awards they were nominated for, including Favorite Artist of the Year, Favorite Pop Duo or Group, and Favorite Pop Song. They also gave two performances, one for their song “Butter” and one for “My Universe,” on which they collaborated and performed with Coldplay.

BTS’s awards are extremely well-deserved, and fans took to the internet to congratulate them and express their pride in the group. And judging from videos and photos taken at the event, it looks like the sentiment was shared by everyone—both by fans…

…and artists alike! Everyone stood up to dance along to BTS’s crowd-pleasing performance of “Butter,” with the entire venue singing along to the song and ARMYs leading with a powerful fanchant.

BTS themselves tweeted a video captioned “BTS and Army” with a heart-eyes emoji in which the huge crowd reaction in support of BTS can easily be heard. It’s always touching to see how much the fans’ support means to the members! Both BTS and ARMYs have much to be proud of.
