. Dear my garnets, I am writing in response to Garnets who seem to be worrying too much about me. I would like to inform my important fans who have been encouraging me that I started my career as a solo musician. I will continue to communicate and meet with Garnet in various ways, and promise to show up with good music and wonderful performance soon. I will never forget that you believed in me and waited for me. I will be Samuel who Garnet is proud of.

As Samuel and his mother have officially filed a complaint against the agency, Brave Entertainment’s legal team has released a statement explaining that they have not violated their contract but solely acted in the best interest of Samuel’s career.

They also explained that they will be taking strict legal actions against Kim Samuel, his mother, and the false rumors that are damaging the agency’s image.

Check out the full statement below:

Kim Samuel claimed that Brave Entertainment coerced their artists to promote the CEO’s personal business ventures and that they failed to provide accurate financial documentation, but this is all untrue.

It is true that Brave Entertainment’s CEO has taken part in a blockchain music streaming service platform, and Samuel performed at the congratulatory stage for the music platform’s EXPO as an artist under Brave Entertainment.

The business mentioned above is different from the virtual coin currency business that is under speculation.

We had Samuel perform at the event, not for the benefit of the business’s promotions, but to raise awareness for Samuel as many of the K-Pop media and the interested public would be in attendance to see the new innovative music business.

The event was agreed upon by Samuel and he received his payment for his performance as decreed in his contract.

When Samuel’s parents requested the financial documents, we handed them over as well as the financial fees accrued for his vocal, dance, foreign language, fitness training and more. His mother had an issue with the amount and had requested it again, so Brave Entertainment returned the financial documents with more detailed settlements on the account.

Samuel’s mother unilaterally chose which of his schedules she wanted him to participate in and did not participate in the other schedules.

We will do our best to make sure that the truth is revealed, and we will take strict legal action for the damages caused by these false rumors.
