Like many of us, BLACKPINK likes to relax by curling up on the couch and watching NetflixJennie and Lisa, in particular, love to binge-watch shows. Here 8 series that made it onto BLACKPINK’s watch lists.

1. Stranger Things

Stranger Things follows a group of friends who discover that their small town of Hawkins isn’t all it seems. There is another world within our world, the Upside Down, full of malicious creatures that cross into Hawkins over the course of four action-packed seasons. Season 4 of this science fiction horror series will premiere on May 27.

2. Shadowhunters

Shadowhunters is a supernatural drama series based on the book series The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare. It follows Clary Fray, a human teenager who finds out that she is actually decended from a long line of Shadowhunters, human-angel hybrids. The series has three, binge-worthy seasons.

3. 13 Reasons Why

13 Reasons Why is a teen drama series that deals with extremely heavy topics, including depression and suicide. The first season, based on Jay Asher‘s novel Thirteen Reasons Why, follows a high school student Clay Jensen as he investigates a series of cassette tapes his classmate, Hannah Baker, left behind. Seasons 2 and 3 depart from the original novel and delve deeper into the lives of students at the high school.

4. Money Heist

Money Heist is a Spanish heist drama that was originally meant to be a limited series. It now has three seasons with a South Korean adaptation in the works. Money Heist follows the Professor and his team as they prepare to pull off the heists of the century.

Kingdom is a genre-blending horror series that combines political intrigue with history and zombies. It follows the Crown Prince of Joseon as he investigates a mysterious illness that leads to a deadly epidemic in the 16th century.

6. Black Mirror

Black Mirror is a speculative fiction anthology series based on The Twilight Zone, a classic science fiction show. Each Black Mirror episode makes social commentary, usually about technology, by using dystopian and bizarre subject matter. So far, there are five seasons.

7. Dark

Dark is a science fiction thriller series consisting of three seasons, which aired from 2017 to 2020. In Season 1, characters from the fictional German town of Winden unravel the mystery behind a child’s disappearance. If you like your science fiction dark, mysterious, and with time travel, this one is for you.

8. Squid Game

This bloody K-Drama follows 456 desperate contestants as they compete in a tournament of lethal children’s games for cash. It also happens to star one of Jennie’s best friends, Jung Ho Yeon, who plays Player 067.
