5 Best BTS Dance Covers Done By Girl Groups

Two of these performances were ON FIRE!

BTS has always been highly praised for performances of their choreographies, which have been noted for the levels of difficulty and precision that are often difficult to imagine if done by other K-Pop idol groups. But here are five girl groups that show that they can slay the choreography of BTS songs, making the performance uniquely their own.

1. (G)I-DLE Performing “Fake Love” in M Countdown

“Fake Love” was an emotionally packed performance for BTS, with various vocal highlights in the song and the intense choreography making for an unforgettable performance. (G)I-DLE more than did justice with their cover, starting with the beautiful harmonization of their voices to their on-point execution of the choreography.

2. LOONA performing “Not Today” at the KCON 2019 LA×M COUNTDOWN

LOONA boldly chose “Not Today” as a performance cover for the  KCON 2019 LA×M COUNTDOWN. The girls ably performed the highly energetic song, making it their own with their interpretation of the choreography. The vocal harmonies were also an excellent contrast to the BTS version, which was composed of more raspy and deep vocals as opposed to the lighter vocals of LOONA.

3. The Cherry Bullet “Mic Drop” dance cover

Cherry Bullet pulled all stops to deliver the fiercest dance cover of “Mic Drop,” inserting a few embellishments that sealed the perfection of their interpretation. The complex choreography was executed flawlessly with the same solid, forceful moves seen in the BTS version.

This is one performance that can be viewed on repeat; that’s how good it is. Solar sizzled with her rendition of “Fire,” with her fiery vocals and breathtaking stage presence as she executed the choreography flawlessly.

Who would forget this part where the Solar head banged to the guitar solo with abandon? Wild, in the best way possible.
