What’s Next For CRAVITY? The Group Has Huge Plans And Dreams For The Future

CRAVITY is ready to take over the world!

When CRAVITY debuted back in 2020, the group has quickly become one of the hottest fourth-generation groups. With so many distinct personalities, visuals, and talent, the nine members have achieved so much. Yet, they still have a lot they want to achieve.

In an exclusive interview with Koreaboo at HallyuPopFest in London, the group spilled on their goals for the future and how they want to be known in the future.

CRAVITY might have debuted over two years ago, but the group has continued to make headlines by being known as “rising stars” and “star rookies.”

They aren’t shocking nicknames considering the achievements they’ve had, including numerous awards, becoming the first 2020 rookie artist to debut on the Billboard K-pop Hot 100.

Yet, for member Allen, that was only the start and they want to move on from those titles to make their fans (LUVITY) proud of their growth throughout the years.

As time goes, we can’t always be known as rising stars or like rookies. So, I would like to work hard to make our fans proud, to be artists where they’re glad that they stan.

Every group wants their fans to be proud of them but Allen added that he wants to spread CRAVITY’s message across the globe. Alongside their music, he wants the group to be a source of comfort for fans worldwide.

I just wish our group would be known to the whole world so that they may gain comfort, support, and happiness through our music and performances.

Of course, the music industry isn’t easy and although it’s hard to make it in K-Pop, the global music scene is just as tough. CRAVITY revealed that what makes them special is the “hype” when it comes to their music.

Wonjin added what he wanted the world to know when it comes to why they should stan CRAVITY.

I want to let people know about our music as something powerful and energetic.

— Wonjin

Allen echoed Wonjin’s sentiment and focused on the difference in the members that made the group so unique. Yet, despite all being so different from each other, they come together on stage to create something dynamic.

We all have different charms and different visuals, different skills that we’re each good at. But I feel like once we come together as one team, that really exemplifies all of the characteristics and charms we have. I think that’s what distinguishes us from other K-Pop groups.

Earlier in the interview, Allen shared that he wanted CRAVITY to be a source of comfort for fans. He elaborated on that and added that he wanted the group to be seen as “friends” to the fans with a more personal relationship.

I like for people to know us as a group that they can be comfortable with, like a friend that they can see and that we’re in this together and they’re not alone.

— Allen

Of course, the past few years have been tough due to the COVID-19 pandemic. So, it wasn’t surprising that the group’s main goal is to travel the world and meet international LUVITY.

Leader Serim particularly wanted to share wishes to fans, adding, “Stay healthy and we will do our best to give back the love we’ve received.”

With CRAVITY continuing to make waves both in Korea and internationally, it seems like the group’s dream to take over the world might be coming true. As new groups debut, CRAVITY is breaking away from their “rookie” title and showcasing their powerful performances.
