On November 21st, it was revealed by a media outlet that actor Yoon Sang Hyun’s supposed “non-celebrity girlfriend” was actually a celebrity after all. Reports from the 18th stated that during a recent filming of SBS Healing Camp, Yoon Sang Hyun admitted to currently being committed in a serious relationship.

In response to this sudden outbreak of news, Yoon Sang Hyun’s agency MGB Entertainment stated, “Yes, it is true that he is currently seeing someone.”
The agency went on to report that, “The actor’s girlfriend is an author and producer. The couple first met in April through a mutual acquaintance and have been happily in love for the last seven months, nearing eight,” stating that Yoon Sang Hyun’s significant other was a non-celebrity.
However, recent news of the actor’s girlfriend’s true identity being singer Maybee has been causing a slight commotion in the media industry. During an interview with a mutual friend of both Yoon Sang Hyun and Maybee, the process in which the two stars first met was revealed.
“The two both love music, acting, and have a lot of similar tastes in various subjects, so they get a long very well,” the friend stated, “Both the couple and their parents have recently met up to hold a family meeting discussing their engagement. As much as it may come as a shock or surprise, the two have been dating discreetly to avoid their close ones finding out.”
During the recent recording of Healing Camp, Yoon Sang Hyun announced that both he and his girlfriend have been dating with the goal of marriage in mind and that they have been planning to get married sometime within the next year.
